Nathalie Richard is a licensed mutual fund representative at PEAK Investment Services and has clients spanning from Newfoundland to the Yukon. She recognizes that having independent and unbiased financial advice is a key aspect sought out and appreciated by her clients.
Richard started in the investment industry in 1997 and later earned the Certified Financial Planner designation. She worked with and eventually purchased Halifax-based INSIGHT Wealth Management from her father, who had been in the industry for over five decades. One thing she heard time and time again from her clients was how grateful they were to have met her father, both on a personal and professional level. Those kinds of comments always hit home for Richard, and the importance of relationship building while achieving wealth goals is a legacy she strives to carry on.
Richard understands clients’ need for work–life balance and is no stranger to success on that level. She was recently inducted into the Canadian Motorsport Hall of Fame for her illustrious career in rally car racing. Both her passions at work and in sports happen to be in male-dominated worlds, but that has never fazed her one bit. Richard’s volunteer involvement in the community includes Hockey Helps the Homeless, Women in Motorsport Canada, COVID Test to Protect and participation in numerous charity fundraisers.
