Cila Kwong believes that success is defined by the relationships we build and the support we give others along the way. In her role as senior manager, sales development – Western Canada at RBC Insurance, she feels grateful to be part of an organization that has provided her with guidance, encouragement, and opportunities to grow. What she values most is working alongside her team and advisors to help families and businesses feel secure about their future.
Community leadership is something Kwong truly enjoys. She is proud to serve as chair of the Board of Directors for the Richmond Chamber of Commerce, where she works with business leaders to strengthen connections and champion local growth. She also contributes to the financial services industry as an Advocis board member and Fellowship Chair, helping bring advisors and partners together through events, education, and mentorship.
Outside of her professional and volunteer roles, Kwong finds joy in mentoring, sharing experiences, and celebrating wins – big or small – with those around her. She also loves spending time with family and friends, traveling to discover new places, and enjoying good food and conversation.
Guided by the belief that when we support one another, we all rise together, she brings warmth, positivity, and a people-first approach to everything she does.
