Geoff Lang is a committed investment professional with over a decade of leadership experience in Canada’s financial services and private equity. His exposure to private equity in all its forms affords him a unique perspective on the asset class and the benefits it offers. Having previously held senior management positions at various private equity firms Lang now serves as Senior Vice President of Business Development at Equiton—a leading private equity real estate firm with over $1.6 billion in assets under management and more than 17,000 investors as at August 31, 2025. Geoff plays a central role in executing the firm’s national growth strategy and deepening relationships with the financial advisory community, focusing primarily on CIRO, EMD, and discretionary portfolio management firms. A priority in Geoff’s mandate is delivering an exceptional experience for both advisor partners and end investors. His strategic insight allows him to craft and implement business development initiatives that resonate with financial professionals seeking diversification, income generation, and long-term growth for their clients.
