Reg Jackson is a portfolio manager, co-founder and co-CEO of the JMRD Watson Wealth Management team at National Bank Financial. His 21-person team operates in four offices along Ontario’s Highway 401 corridor. His areas of expertise include portfolio management, and financial and estate planning for high-net-worth families. Jackson draws on 25 years of experience in the industry.
He and his co-founder, Paul Manders, were early adopters of the “team of experts” approach. The team strives to build long-lasting relationships with entire families using a multigenerational strategy. Jackson and the JMRD Watson Team received National Bank Financial’s prestigious Wealth Management Excellence Award in 2019, and the Private Portfolio of the Year Award in 2020 and 2022.
Jackson attended the University of Western Ontario, earning an Honours Business Administration degree from the Richard Ivey School of Business. His industry designations include Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute (FSCI), Financial Management Advisor (FMA), Personal Financial Planner (PFP) and Certified International Wealth Manager (CIWM).
Always giving back to the community and never forgetting his roots, he recently started the Reg Jackson HBA Entrepreneurship Award. When not in the office, Jackson can be found enjoying time with his son, family and friends, as well as golfing and traveling.
