“I will continue to empower and encourage my staff to perform at their best as I have done for the last decade. I will continue to advocate for my clients, embracing new technology and being open to business and industry changes”

With a career that has evolved rapidly from executive assistant to vice president of strategy and operations, Juli Ann Booker has built a reputation for delivering results through trust, collaboration, and relentless curiosity.
Her journey from owning a ballet school to becoming a leader in the wealth industry showcases her adaptability, commitment to growth, and ability to thrive in new environments.
“I always joke that my career plan was set at three years old – I was going to be a ballerina, and for more than 30 years, that was exactly what I did. I had built a business around dance, but as life tends to do, things changed,” says Booker.
“In 2016, following my divorce, I sold my business and decided to take a year off from the dance world. It felt like a reset, but honestly, I had no other formal skills – all I knew was dance. I had run a business, but I leaned heavily on my team for support, so when I was thinking about next steps, I figured, ‘I’ll just start small – maybe as an assistant somewhere,’” she recalls.
That’s when Booker joined Western Wealth Capital as an executive assistant. What began as a humble re-entry into the workforce soon evolved when the company recognized her potential. By the time she left in 2022, she had grown into the role of director, corporate operations.
“Chance brought me to Western Wealth Capital, but every opportunity I’ve had since has been the result of being open to learning everything I possibly could and applying myself fully, no matter what the role was,” she explains.
“Honestly, if someone told the three-year-old me that I’d end up in wealth management, I probably would have thrown my ballet slippers at them. But looking back, every step along the way has shaped where I am today, and I wouldn’t change a thing.”
At Revesco Properties Trust, her focus is driving the fund to $1 billion AUM. However, her success goes beyond numbers – it's built on fostering strong relationships, valuing teamwork, and empowering those around her.
A mentor to young professionals, she believes in celebrating small wins and showing that being authentic and having fun will always be in style. Known for being receptive to feedback – a trait honed through her ballet training – Booker constantly seeks ways to improve and innovate.
She also works hard to create an environment where clients feel comfortable being upfront.
“When they know they can ask anything and count on me to listen and help solve their problems, that’s real success,” she says. “Sure, we’re all in this business to make money, but returns alone don’t build lasting relationships. It’s about making clients feel confident that we’re in their corner, keeping things running smoothly, and always following through. That’s what keeps people coming back.”
Booker credits her team at Revesco for enabling her to become a WP Top 50 Leading Women in Wealth.
“Success isn’t something you achieve alone. It takes everyone, from our auditors and legal counsel to the advisors who trust us with their clients’ money, and even the person who keeps our website up to date. Everyone doing their job well is what makes anything we do successful,” she explains.
“Here’s the real secret though – those people wouldn’t be there for me when I need them if I hadn’t built strong relationships and made sure they know how much I appreciate the value they bring.”

What are his plans for the future?
On a business level, “more of the same. I will continue to empower and encourage my staff to perform at their best as I have done for the last decade. I will continue to advocate for my clients, embracing new technology and being open to business and industry changes.”
On a personal level, Dixon invests significant time, effort and funds, along with his GT3, to support many charities through his passion for motorsport. From participating in and sponsoring the Thunderbolt Run (which provides tens of thousands of dollars in support for Beyond Blue and Prostate Cancer), to organising and running the Track Knights for Amira charity night where 28 Exotic Supercars raised funds through passenger laps in wet conditions, Dixon states “this is our time to give back to the community and those in need. My friendships and association with those seeking to do the same, allows us to contribute to those less fortunate and raise funds and awareness”.
He adds: “To be able to give back to the community is rewarding and fulfilling. I am honoured to be in a position where I can raise funds for those less fortunate and in need.”
