With over 25 years of experience, she guides high-net-worth individuals, families, entrepreneurs, and institutions in achieving their financial goals while navigating complex markets and life transitions. Her expertise spans holistic wealth management, alternative investment strategies, retirement planning, and tax-efficient solutions.
Khajadourian began her career at a leading Canadian alternative asset manager, developing deep expertise in investment advisory, alternative investments, and business development. She later founded Khajadourian Wealth Management at Richardson Wealth (formerly Richardson GMP), building a practice renowned for its client-focused approach and comprehensive planning.
Supported by a dedicated team of in-house specialists in tax, estate, insurance, and retirement planning, Khajadourian delivers tailored, goal-oriented strategies that prioritize capital preservation and risk-managed growth.
She holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto, specializing in finance and economics, and has earned the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA®), Chartered Investment Manager (CIM®), and Financial Management Advisor (FMA) designations.
Khajadourian supports many causes both inside and outside of her community, most recently with CAMH and ALS Double Play, and has been involved with mentorship programs supporting the next generation of finance professionals, including women in finance.
In recent years, she has been invited to speak on various panels to discuss her journey as a financial professional and provide insights and expertise regarding alternative strategies. Outside of her professional work, she enjoys traveling, staying active, reading, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.
