David Roy is the Vice President of Sales East at Invico Capital Corporation and has over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry. As Vice President of Sales East, he provides sales coverage to the Eastern provinces of Canada on behalf of Invico Diversified Income Fund.
Before joining Invico, Roy spent nine years at Franklin Templeton Investments as a regional sales manager, and most recently worked as a vice president of sales at NEI Investments, where he specialized in ESG-focused investing. He graduated from the University of Ottawa with a Bachelor of Arts in History and Literature.
Roy enjoys reading about Mexican history in his spare time and is fluent in French and Spanish, although he continues to struggle with Turkish, his wife’s first language. As a long-time resident of Toronto, he is a big fan of the Raptors and is known for throwing some of the best dinner parties in the city’s East End.
