As the founder, CEO, and executive chairman of Avenue Living, Anthony Giuffre has over 25 years’ experience in creating, managing, and operating start-ups. He actively serves a variety of roles in over a dozen businesses, from CEO to mentor. His flagship venture, Avenue Living, owns and operates real estate assets across North America and specializes in multi-family residential, self-storage, agricultural land, commercial, and retail assets.
Giuffre is also an active member of his community, volunteering his time, knowledge, and guidance to various philanthropic causes, including the Canadian Olympic Foundation, the University of Calgary, and UNICEF Canada, where he serves on the National Board of Directors.

Jason Jogia has over 15 years of experience in real estate capital markets and has originated over $10 billion in real estate loans and $3 billion in equity. He led a $1.5-billion real estate debt portfolio at a major Canadian bank and has extensive experience in real estate investment analysis and capital structures across various real estate asset classes.
As co-founder and CIO of Avenue Living, he is focused on his fiduciary responsibility to all stakeholders and evaluates ways to safeguard investors and mitigate risk. He holds two master’s degrees in finance, and is currently pursuing his Doctorate of Business Administration. He is also an instructor at the University of Calgary, specializing in real estate finance.

Jason Jogia
As president of Avenue Living, Leigh Peters oversees operations, strategy, and performance. With over 20 years of legal experience, she has honed her skills in managing complex initiatives and leading C-suite-level teams across diverse and technical industries in various senior roles.
She is deeply committed to community service and actively volunteers her time and expertise to various causes including UNICEF and the Trans Canada Trail Foundation Board. She holds a Bachelor of Law, an MA in English, and a BA in English (Honours). She is also a graduate of the Institute of Corporate Directors and holds an ICD.D designation.

Gabriel Millard, managing partner, equity capital markets, joined Avenue Living in 2018 and has since held a variety of leadership roles. He oversees equity sales and investor relations, corporate finance, and national accounts, and is integral to decision-making across corporate strategy and investments.
During his tenure with Avenue Living, he has overseen the successful raise and deployment of over $1.5 billion in growth equity capital. He has over 10 years of experience in the private markets and is a sought-after speaker at industry events on topics ranging from real estate and sustainability to alternative investments. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in finance and a minor in economics.

Stephen Burton is a highly regarded construction and infrastructure lawyer with nearly 20 years of experience.
